Learning Objectives Pharmacists:
Review the clinically relevant differences between IVIg products
Describe operational considerations when converting between products
Describe common adverse events associated with IVIg and
strategies for mitigating these events
Explain the role of the pharmacist as the immune globulin steward
Explain the role of subcutaneous IVIg
Learning Objectives Pharmacy Technicians:
Summarize the importance of IVIg preparation technique
Explain the difference in stability with the various IVIg products
List what IVIg products are available as a liquid formulation.

TG Medical Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a Provider of Continuing Pharmacy Education and will award 0.10 CEU’s (1 contact hours) to pharmacists and technicians in attendance who complete an online evaluation: ACPE #: 0454-0000-13-027-L01-P with a release date of 10/10/13. Pharmacists in attendance must complete the online program evaluation form in order to receive their CE credit. The evaluation forms can be found at www.TGMedEd. com. All participants must register on the TG Medical Education site in order to receive CE credits.
